Our Mission
NC Clean Skies is a community advocacy initiative of Jesus is Joy Ministries dedicated to exposing and stopping unauthorized atmospheric modification programs in North Carolina and the Southeast United States.
We believe that spraying chemical compounds into our atmosphere — including stratospheric aerosol injection, cloud seeding, and electromagnetic weather modification — without public knowledge or consent is a violation of our fundamental rights. These practices are like performing medical procedures without a license: dangerous, unethical, and unlawful.
Our pollinators are dying. Our weather is being manipulated. Our food supply is at risk. We are building a regional coalition of citizens, farmers, beekeepers, and lawmakers to demand clean skies, transparent governance, and enforceable legislation to protect our communities.
